Management of a strata commercial building for the design, tender and construction stages of the project.

Given the nature of the building’s strata ownership, an important part of the client brief was the need for effective stakeholder management to facilitate holistic buy in and effective decision making.

In managing the refurbishment of a seven-level building, ground floor lobby and external entrance, Level 6 value-add included managing a project team to develop a design that was achieved for 50% of the original projected cost.

The refurbishment was successfully completed while the building was still occupied and maximised the clients’ commercial benefits while delivering on the owners’ short-, mid- and long-term aspirations for the space.
