OUR PURPOSE

 

Level 6 is a new way of leading. We drive projects beyond technical and functional requirements, to deliver transcendent outcomes.

 

Our name is inspired by a Purpose-Driven Model of Leadership popularised by the Harvard Business Review (HBR).

This unique model describes six levels of leadership, with level six leaders at the top. Level six leaders transcend the urge to act opportunistically and work beyond their own interests or the interests of their networks. They fulfil immediate leadership functions while acting as global citizens that transcend borders to create outcomes that benefit society at large.

At Level 6 we enable our clients and inspire project partners to achieve best in class outcomes, seamlessly and efficiently, to create value for all.

We drive superior outcomes for our clients in a practical sense, while using a Level 6 lens to surpass baseline commercial and project requirements.

The Level 6 team is global, with years of experience and postgraduate education across Europe and the UK, the United States, Asia, the Middle East and Australasia.

 
 

We hold local expertise delivering transformative projects in Australian cities and regions, while retaining an intimate understanding of world-class cities and the lessons they teach us. We bring an awareness of international projects, technology and ways of working into everything that we do, along with a global network of connections.  

Our diverse backgrounds are in areas that provide us with additional depth, such as management, architecture, real estate finance, engineering and marcomms. They drive the dynamism of our team, along with critical knowledge learnt from our array of career journeys working client-side for government, major developers, high profile architectural practices and world-class multidisciplinary firms. 

As a team we are all committed to working with creativity, empathy, rapport-building, and business savvy to extract as much value as possible through the full value chain.

We do this through expertise, but also our cognisance of the people context. Essentially, we are human – and we remember that our stakeholders are too – the influencers, the decision makers, the creators, the users.  A considered 360 degree view is essential for collective success. This way of working has always been at the heart of the vision for Level 6. 

 

 Our founder and MD

 

As Founder and Managing Director of Level 6, Rebecca is a hands-on Principal whose primary purpose is to be a true business partner to Level Six’s clients.

 
 

Rebecca has over 20 years of professional experience in the development space spanning Australia, Europe and the USA.  Her international experience has covered Mixed-use, Cultural, Civic, Retail, Residential, Commercial, Education and Industrial asset classes, with project values from under a million to £1.5 billion. Her client base has been extensive and included corporate/ASX listed property groups, public institutions, government agencies and private landowners. Prior to founding Level Six, Rebecca held Director positions, both consultant and developer side, during a significant career in London.

Rebecca holds a degree in Architecture as well as an MBA from a top tier US business school with Real Estate Finance and Investments electives. With strong financial acumen and many previous years of practice in architecture for world-renowned firms, Rebecca is committed to driving the creation of great Places and Spaces that are economically successful.

Rebecca’s experience in business strategy and operations makes her a well-equipped and adaptable asset. With practiced interpersonal skills in varying (and at times challenging) contexts, she has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and across the numerous disciplines required to instigate and deliver a project from end to end.  Rebecca enjoys the role of lynchpin and fostering true collaboration within an environment that is purposefully set up for success.

Rebecca sits on the Board of Brand X, a not-for-profit Arts organization committed to providing subsidised workspace and creative development programs to artists by working with property developers, landlords and local governments to transform empty spaces into cultural places.
