As an internal development management resource for Precinct Development (DPHI) , Level Six provided end-to-end management for four precinct developments, focusing on delivering Precinct Strategy and Design Excellence outcomes aligned with strategic objectives and project vision.

The precincts included Parramatta North, Herbert Street Transformation at Royal North Shore Hospital, Coffs Jetty Revitalisation, and Macquarie Street East. As Design Lead, Level Six ensured design excellence across all projects by managing design, procurement, and engagement with government agencies and private stakeholders.

The approach integrated Connecting with Country principles, sustainability, public art, and placemaking to achieve cohesive and impactful outcomes.
