Metro’s Northwest Places
Management of a masterplanned ecology of sites totalling approximately 17.2ha of strategically designed place featuring housing, public open space, retail and commercial amenities, and flow through to the new town centre adjacent to the station. As an important precinct in Sydney Metro’s Northwest Places Program, key highlights of Level 6’s management functions and strategic advisory on this project has included: preparation and presentation of planning and divestment strategies/business cases; management of placemaking strategies and objectives; project programming for various workstreams across the precinct, with consideration of milestones and predecessors driven by multiple stakeholders and landowners; steering various stakeholders and teams into effective and dynamic use of tech.
Our scope
Level 6’s management has this sweeping project has included:
Project administration including reporting, forecasting, planning and evaluating in accordance with the required project governance structure.
Documentation of cases for PCG/DCG approvals.
Administration of the Project Delivery Agreement (PDA).
Documentation, management and tracking of contractual obligations to ensure requirements are met.
Management of planning and statutory approval strategies and processes.
Preparation and presentation of planning and divestment strategies/business cases.
Market research and analysis.
Management of placemaking strategies and objectives.
Project programming – for various ‘workstreams’ across the precinct, with consideration of milestones and predecessors driven by multiple stakeholders and landowners.
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
Management of a multidisciplinary team as required across all precinct workstreams.
