Development management services were provided for the redevelopment of the Barker Street student accommodation site.

Level Six assembled and managed a consultant team to conduct option studies, evaluating various accommodation typologies and configurations.

Collaboration with UNSW stakeholders ensured the Project Brief addressed site-specific opportunities, constraints, and key operational requirements. The feasibility study included a detailed analysis of development options, with comparative cost-benefit evaluations and staging plans.

Following executive approval, Level Six finalised the Project Brief, prepared Request for Tender documentation, and procured the SSDA consultant team, advancing the project to the concept and schematic design phases.
