Development and implementation of the engagement process for the Student Experience Infrastructure Program, encompassing multiple campus-wide projects across short, medium, and long-term horizons.

The team mapped all primary and secondary stakeholders, including faculties, schools, user groups, and central university functions such as Indigenous services, student life, and operations.

Effective engagement across diverse parties ensured alignment and collaboration. Engagement outcomes and recommendations were presented through the governance framework, including the PWG, PCG, Steering Committees, and University Executive.

A Student Co-Design Framework was developed to secure meaningful student input, with Level Six chairing the Student Co-Design Working Group to guide this critical process.
