Level Six has been assisting the Stockland Business Development Team with site acquisition for over 10 years. More recently the team has focused on mixed- use development opportunities within the Sydney area.

Bid submissions were made on multiple sites following the building and running feasibility models, together with the coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

Stockland is Australia’s largest residential developer; given the significance and strength of the existing brand, each acquisition had to meet financial, sustainable, place making and overall design criterion to fit Stockland’s strategy.
