TAHE required development services to support their review and evaluation of a number of its station assets.

The project involved a detailed study of each location to help evaluate the development potential, including the opportunity to deliver uses that support the community and great place-making outcomes.

Each location was appraised based on its merits, with a potential development envelop provided -driven by the site controls and constraints.

Recommendations considered key aspects such as location, surrounding uses & amenity, demographics, potential scale, potential revenues and costs, risk, potential program. The development opportunities for the sites were also evaluated against TAHE’s internal objectives.
