Managed the upgrade of the Seymour Centre’s York Theatre, focused on enhancing the stage with a permanent steel structure and new sprung timber floor, replacing the outdated props beneath the stage to create a more functional environment.

The upgrade also included associated support areas.

The team oversaw consultants and contractors to secure REF planning approval and ensure compliance with all planning and BCA requirements.

The works were carefully managed within an operational environment to ensure safety and minimise disruption.

Level Six also ensured the project met the University’s handover requirements, delivering a seamless completion.
