Due diligence on the existing facilities and assessment of the proposed design concepts to identify shortfalls and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing the retail and public space.

Due to the long history and multiple ad hoc upgrades of the existing food court, numerous reports and documentation were produced. One of the challenges was to collate all the relevant documentation from internal stakeholders to perform a comprehensive gap analysis.

A well organised filing system and excel spreadsheet was created to enable the estate management team to easily locate existing files while having a centralised location to store future documentation.
