Managed the refurbishment and fitout of a 400 sqm tenancy in a heritage building to create a specialist physics research laboratory for Professor Anita Ho Baillie and her team.

The project included adjacent workspaces to support the research team and a Physical Containment Level 2 (PC2) lab to advance solar technology research, contributing to the university's innovation efforts.

The refurbishment project was part of broader building infrastructure upgrade program, which made extensive stakeholder coordination critical to ensuring seamless integration with the overall program. This included input from the various faculties, property infrastructure team, and SMEs.
