Visioning to completion

End-to-end management of a new high-end head office in Rhodes for Rawson Homes’ 150+ employees. With a desire for flexible, collaborative team working areas alongside a new premium display showroom for customers, we worked with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and consultant team to develop a future-thinking concept and achieve early-buy in and excitement through a strategic, engaging vision workshop process. Our contribution extended to overseeing design development with multiple internal stakeholders, managing a fast-tracked procurement process, intensive engagement with building management, construction management through to occupation.

Our scope

Level 6 worked with a trusted and valued client to deliver end-to-end management of their head office, from vision to completion. Our services included: 

  • Facilitating a concept development and vision workshop with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and MMINC Design.

  • Overseeing Design Development with MMINC Design and Intelle Building Services.

  • Assembling the tender pack, rigorously evaluating tender returns, and providing key recommendations to the client for Contract Award.

  • Construction Management of the main contractor, and intensive liaison with the Building Management.

  • Achieving Office Occupation Certificate for the client.
