As an internal development management resource for Precinct Development (DPHI) on the Parramatta North Precinct project, Level Six developed and documented strategies and briefing documents for various projects, including:

• The Green at Parramatta North Renewal and Upgrade

• Urban Design and Rezoning

• Adaptive Reuse Strategy

• Asset Review and Interim Use

• Pedestrian Bridge Design Competition

• Pheonix Cafe and Footpath Upgrades

• Masterplan Marketing Animation

This included strategic rezoning reviews, DCPs, Contribution Plans, and statutory planning instruments. The work involved collaboration with project teams to align the outputs with established precinct goals, and program objectives, while delivering targeted outcomes.
