Development management services assessed the potential of converting an on-grade carpark into a wellness centre featuring 50m and 25m pools, a gym, basketball and multi-use courts, and supporting amenities. Level Six procured and coordinated a consultant team to explore multiple design options aligned with the Project Brief and the University’s strategic goals.

The site presented opportunities to enhance key University entries, activate the high street, and strengthen the public domain with improved views and connections.

Coordination with the masterplan consultant ensured alignment with overarching principles and effective staging strategies.

Upon executive approval, Level Six finalised the Project Brief, prepared Request for Tender documentation, and procured the SSDA consultant team, advancing the project to concept and schematic design phases.
