Provided project and development management services to support Precinct Capital’s internal team in the preparation and submission of 76 no. CDC applications as well as road and infrastructure authorities’ submissions within Nepean Business Park, encompassing: appointing and managing the required consultant team, coordinating the submission requirements as identified by the PCA, and regular reporting on project status utilising appropriate tools and templates.

The CDC applications were successfully approved by the private certifier within the targeted timeframe and mitigated the financial risks and maximised the clients’ commercial benefits.
