This project inolved management of an upgrade to the data network and AV infrastructure (wired and wireless) to facilitate and connect the space with University’s network infrastructure.
The driver for the project was to decanting faculty members currently situated in various other buildings across campus, and consolidate them into this building. The project required upgrading the space to university standards, the refurbishment of meeting rooms, a strategy and implementation plan to ensure operational readiness, and an agreed decant strategy.
This project required intensive stakeholder management to develop and agree the Project Brief, as there were six groups all with different requirements and fit outs. This also meant different budget pools for the different areas, adding some complexity to the management and reporting.
