Supported Stockland’s acquisitions team throughout the Expression of Interest (EOI) process for the Manly Health and Wellbeing Precinct.

Property NSW sought a development partner under a Project Delivery Agreement (PDA) to transform the site into a mixed-use health and wellbeing precinct while retaining land ownership under a 99-year lease.

Level Six was responsible for the financial modelling required for the bid, ensuring alignment with the project’s strategic and financial objectives.

The team’s work provided key insights to support a competitive submission and informed the development feasibility strategy for this significant government partnership opportunity.
