Construction and design management of a premium multi-storey industrial development located at Marrickville, a central hub within easy reach of the city and the airport.

The key responsibility is to work with both the construction and development teams to identify gaps in procurement; manage the lodgment and approval of the Construction Certificates; manage and review DA conditions; identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies by managing safety in design workshops and risk register; management of Council sign off on relevant DA conditions; manage and coordinate design with consultants and sub-contractors; produce and manage design and construction program.
