Level Six served as an internal development management resource for Precinct Development (DPHI) on the Macquarie Street East Precinct, developing strategies and briefing documents across the business and portfolio. Key projects included the Chief Secretary’s Building and Registrar General’s Building business cases.

Level Six prepared design briefs, managed procurement, and fostered partnerships with government agencies and private stakeholders to influence outcomes and resolve high-level issues.

The team liaised with engagement consultants to integrate community feedback, supported the implementation of Connecting with Country processes, and contributed to Sustainability Plans, ensuring alignment with the precinct’s strategic objectives.
