Xavier College in Victoria, one of the state’s oldest Catholic schools, sought to divest its Brighton campus site. Stockland prepared a proposal to repurpose the site as a new retirement village, incorporating both aged care and independent living units.

Level Six managed the feasibility modelling and coordinated the associated design proposals and inputs.

This involved preparing both a bid-compliant scheme and an alternative proposal, ensuring flexibility and alignment with the site’s potential.

The team also oversaw consultant management, ensuring all inputs were integrated effectively to support the project’s strategic objectives and enhance the quality of the final submission.
