Development and project management services were delivered to create the Project Brief and Reference Design for redeveloping a key campus site into a new University epicenter.

The existing building housed critical services, necessitating a robust decant strategy and a parallel retail plan. The site’s complex topography, with levels facing green space and City Road, required a carefully considered design response. Proposals prioritised design principles, pedestrian flow, and strategic integration with the broader master plan.

Considered land uses included student accommodation, general teaching, student services, retail, University support spaces, and co-located industry facilities, ensuring alignment with the University's vision and success metrics.
