Development management services were provided to assess the feasibility of transforming an on-grade carpark into a new building, incorporating general teaching spaces, informal learning areas, workspaces, and CATS (centrally allocated teaching spaces). Level Six procured and coordinated a consultant team to conduct option studies, evaluating site opportunities, alignment with the campus masterplan, and development staging. Collaborating with the Development and Asset Management teams, Level Six developed the Project Brief and guided the design and technical team toward optimal solutions. Following executive approval, they finalised the Project Brief, prepared Request for Tender documentation, and oversaw the procurement of the SSDA consultant team, facilitating progression to the concept and schematic design phases.
