Stakeholder engagement
Managed the fitout of Labs 108 and 108a within the J03 Electrical Engineering Building to support key research activities in biomedical engineering.
This $5 million project was delivered for two primary clients: the Faculty of Engineering’s Biomedical Engineering (BME) School and Core Research Facilities (CRF).
It involved complex stakeholder management, balancing the interests of both clients as well as evolving design requirements.
Significant challenges included CRF’s late-stage request to increase ceiling heights to accommodate specialised scanning machines, requiring mechanical adjustments and additional project coordination.
The project also involved cost and time impact management to align the interests of both clients.
